I had two completely different experiences at this hotel. While one visit was a disaster due to a lack of communication that resulted in no accommodation, another stay was fantastic with excellent service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere, thanks mainly to the staff and location. However, the inconsistency in experience can be concerning for future guests.

My stay at this resort was a wonderful experience! I enjoyed the beachfront view from my room, which was spacious and impeccably clean. However, there’s a lack of a swimming pool which might be a deal-breaker for some, especially families with young children.
