Jojolapa Agonda Resort, Agonda

I had two completely different experiences at this hotel. While one visit was a disaster due to a lack of communication that resulted in no accommodation, another stay was fantastic with excellent service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere, thanks mainly to the staff and location. However, the inconsistency in experience can be concerning for future guests.

My stay at this resort was a wonderful experience! I enjoyed the beachfront view from my room, which was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and I particularly loved the live music and delightful dining options. However, there’s a lack of a swimming pool which might be a deal-breaker for some, especially families with young children. Overall, the value for money was great given the luxurious feel of the accommodation and amenities.

My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the location is fantastic, right on the beach with beautiful sunsets, the overall service left much to be desired. The dining options were decent, but not exceptional. Unfortunately, my previous experience with customer service was frustrating as I faced issues before my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, which was a definite plus, but I also encountered some maintenance concerns during my visit.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Jojolapa Agonda, as it boasts a stunning beach location and beautifully designed rooms that are clean and comfortable. While I found the dining experience to be delightful, I feel the resort could benefit from some improvements, particularly regarding attention to details in the accommodations and facilities. Overall, it was a lovely experience, but there are areas that could be enhanced for better value.
